presentation walks your team through the six key ‘Closing’ strategies that will elevate your

Here's How Your Day Shapes Up​

  1. The Opening Keynote:  You will NOT want to miss the opening keynote as Closing Company CEO Russ Gottesman delivers a highly energetic and 'on-point' presentation covering key areas throughout the sales process.  Drawing on his career developing, growing and training sales teams both in the corporate and entrepreneurial environments, Closing Company CEO Russ Gottesman connects your organization's key short falls and makes them into strengths! 

  2. Morning And Afternoon Sessions:  Work with StartUp expert and Closing Company CEO Russ Gottesman directly on putting pen to paper and walking through the 6-step process.  The sales team is split into 4 equal group sizes with each table hosting at least one sales leader or senior sales team member from your organization.  Your company gets to choose between 10 sales training points that are most important to your team.  Are finding new leads a major challenge for your business?  No problem, we will work together to identify, target and memorialize new categories but more importantly, why these new leads are important to the team.  Has your team had difficulty closing the deal?  We are here to help!  During the breakout session, each group will work on cohesive plans and best practices to help the team close that deal.  Everything learned is written down, memorialized with best practices developed to deliver into a final report.

  3. Two 15-Minute Breaks And A Lunch: During each break, the team will bring it back down to the most important skill set in selling, being personable.  Getting outside your comfort zone, breaks are an important time to decompress and work on skills that each individual can sharpen.  Talk too much?  Now is a good time to listen.  Are you too timid, we'll bring out the best in your breaks to work on even the simplest traits needed to succeed. 

  4. Training Throughout The Day:  During the day, Closing Company CEO Russ Gottesman will work with the team on specific examples and skills needed to be succeed chosen by your company.  The Closing Company does this by completing pre-work with your sales leader to identify the 4-6 most important areas the team is falling short.  Do you have a green team full of rookies?  They need to be trained!  Why invest in recruiting a team if you do not intend to train and retain them? The Closing Company fills that need for you whether it's a relatively new team looking for the basics or a seasoned team interested to stand out from competition.  We are the solution for you!

  5. Ending The Day Strong:  Each day ends with the team coming together to present what they have learned, share new best practices learned and begin the important process of goal setting.  That's where The Closing Company stands out, we follow up!  Like any good sales rep, both the 1/2 day or full day sessions include between 2-4 followup refreshes and a total of 9-20 hours of total training.

  6.  A Final Report:  A thorough ten page, indicative report is delivered within two weeks of The Closing Company sales seminar to senior leadership complete with a one hour review of not only best practices developed, but areas the team needs to continue to grow in order to help move your sales numbers into a positive direction.
